Getting started resources
The Control Panel provides tools to help you get started as quickly and easily as possible.

Billing and administrative features
Control Panel includes an extensive set of billing and administrative features, you can upgrade your Exchange e-mail hosting plan or add additional resources directly from the Control Panel.

Service management
Subscribe and unsubscribe to hosted Exchange services directly through Control Panel. You can view a list of available options, and activate them instantly.

User access to Control Panel
Mailbox owners without administrative access can view necessary information about the functions of their mailboxes and perform certain actions, such as changing the mailbox password. The Control Panel workspace provides quick links to subscribed services and online help tools.
 Manage settings
You can manage mailboxes, distribution lists, e-mail aliases, passwords and storage quotas.

Inbound domains
You can add and manage multiple inbound domains that mailbox owners will use to receive incoming emails.

Users, external contacts, and distribution lists
The Exchange Global Address List (GAL) keeps all contact information accessible to any member of the team via Outlook. External contacts can be added to the GAL as well. All contacts can be grouped to create distribution lists.

Mailbox rules and properties
You can define message delivery rules.

Access permissions
You determine which users have administrative access to your hosted Exchange platform with full rights to manage settings. While we recommend limited administrative access, your organization is not restricted to the number of administrators allowed on your account.
