Apple Adds Exchange Support to Snow Leopard

Apple announced, on the World Wide Developers Conference 2009 in San Francisco, a variety of improvements to its OS X operating system. A lot of exiting new features and technologies. The new OS X, called Snow Leopard, allow users at last to use Microsoft Exchange without requiring the aid of outside software such as Microsoft Entourage. According to Apple: With Snow Leopard, the Mac is the only computer with built-in support for the latest version of Microsoft Exchange Server."
In a demo, Apple Senior Vice President of Software Engineering Bertrand Serlet explained that the 3 built-in contact, scheduling, and e-mail apps will now feature Exchange support. And it's easy to do so! Simply enter the Exchange e-mail address and password, and Snow Leopard will automatically configure all three apps at once.
With Exchange configured, iCal entries, Mail folders, to-do items, notes, and other data will sync automatically between users on the same server.
This is great news for business users and network admins who manage Macs in their business environments.
Snow Leopard will sell for $129 in September 2009, and will be available as a $29 upgrade for Leopard users.
