It's not a strange question - "does your company generate its own electricity?". But the answer is "off course not". You would need to buy a generator and maintain this piece of 'hardware'. You would experience stages of power outages, and you would need to upgrade your hardware all the time.

Here at SyncMyMail we think you should think the same about e-mail as you think about electricity. Why host your own email? You would need a your Exchange server, and the technician to maintain this piece of hardware.

Analysts at Gartner Inc. predict that providers in the coming years will put emphasis on hosted and Software as a Service (SaaS) products.

Matthew Cain, a research vice president at Gartner, said about 1% of businesses currently use hosted email, and the "vast majority" of those have fewer than 1,000 users. Projections from Gartner show 20% of companies will use hosted email of some sort by 2012.

Entourage is also much more versatile than Mail. Entourage provides email, a calendar, address book, task list, note list, and project manager.

If your business brings in $50,000 a month, but your expenditures are $55,000 a month, you’re paying money out of your pocket and soon may have to shut your business down. Using Hosted Exchange is one way to help you save your money and keep your employees connected as well.If you try to set up your own Microsoft Exchange 2007 hosting, you’ll find that the costs are definitely dear.
