Prevent Sent Items from being listed in your inbox.

By default, the BlackBerry will sync items that are stored in your Inbox and Sent Items folder wirelessly. This results in any e-mail you send being stored on your BlackBerry in the Messages screen. If you would like those messages not to appear in your Messages screen, follow the steps below.

Note: This will not affect any messages already synced to your BlackBerry. Also, any messages you send from the BlackBerry will still appear in the Messages list. There is no way around that. This will only prevent future items sent through Outlook or Outlook Web Access from appearing on your BlackBerry Messages screen.
Procedure:
1. On your BlackBerry home screen, click Messages.
2. Click the track wheel to pull up the menu then scroll down and click Reconcile Now. This will ensure that you have a full list of all current e-mail folders on your BlackBerry.
3. Click the trackwheel to pull up the menu then scroll down and click Options.
4. Scroll down and click on E-mail Settings.
5. Click the trackwheel to pull up the menu then scroll down and click Folder Redirection.
6. Scroll down to 'E-mailbox - Your Name'.
7. Click the trackwheel to pull up the menu then scroll down and click Expand to see a list of folders.
8. Scroll down to the Sent Items folder and hit the Space key to unselect it.
9. Click Save.
10. Hit the Escape key on the BlackBerry to return to the Messages list.

2. Launch the Desktop Manager and navigate to Intellisync > Configure PIM > Select Item (Address Book) and then select 'Choose'.
3. Click the 'Browse' button; select the desired Public Folders from the Exchange Server.
