Communications Advisor

SyncMyMail is looking for a dynamic communicator willing to take up numerous challenges and seeking professional fulfillment in a business on the move.
Working under the authority of the Sales, Marketing, and Communications director, the advisor contributes to the promotion of SyncMyMail’s products and corporate image, both externally and internally, through relevant writings, analysis, interventions, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Write/review/translate communication material, including website, technical bulletins, newsletters, blogs, press releases, etc.
  • Review/translate documents from other departments.
  • Monitor social networking sites.
  • Advise staff members and collaborate with them to ensure quality and consistency in all business communications.

Requirements

  • Faultless writing skills both in Dutch and English
  • A degree in Communications or any other related field
  • Great self-sufficiency, good priority management and initiative.
  • Ease in writing promotional, advertising, and corporate texts.

Is an asset

  • Two years of relevant experience

System administrator in charge of data center

We are currently looking for a Senior System administrator in charge of data center. This position requires a technology specialist in network and application server operations. You will work in collaboration with the system administrator team to deliver projects within set deadlines.
The mains tasks consist of administrating Windows domains and Microsoft Exchange servers, and installing, configuring and planning Active Directory, LAN, WAN and VPN.
You will also be in charge of data center equipment, servers and monitoring, as well as evaluation, setup, management and optimization of software, databases and others. You will contribute to the setup and monitoring of technology infrastructure projects and to the application rollout in a Windows/Linux environment. You will also be a part of the on-call support team.

Qualifications and skills

Requirements

  • College degree in computer science or related area
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft Windows server system administration
  • Experience in planning and physical installation of computer systems: cable, servers, etc.

Is an asset

  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and VM-Ware environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003 or 2007
  • Network infrastructure experience including SAN, Active Directory, communications and remote-access equipment
  • Experience in managing Active Directory in a corporate environment
  • Exposure to system management/performance monitoring
  • Understanding of network security

Software Developer

As a Software Developer, your main task is to participate in the elaboration, the support and the testing of advanced Web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in product functionality definition;
  • Implement functions in C#;
  • Develop unit tests;
  • Edit existing functionalities;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the R&D department.

Qualifications and skills

  • Good communication skills both in Dutch and English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments;
  • Knowledge of .Net3.5 and C#;
  • Basic knowledge of LINQ;
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET / WebServices, and ADO.NET:
  • Good database knowledge;
  • Knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (skills in web page design)

Requirements

  • University/college degree in a related area;
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a software developer, including 2 years as a C# developer on a .NET platform or any other high-level language.

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide Level 1 support and technical assistance for our hosting services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance via phone, email, and/or remote access tools for customers of our hosted services.
  • Research, troubleshoot and help in the resolution of reported client issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and communication skills both in English and Dutch
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Ability to work under pressure

Online Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Online Marketing Specialist who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job description and responsibilities

The Online Marketing Specialist creates, measures, analyzes, and optimizes online marketing campaigns and works with external agencies to achieve marketing goals. This position is both creative and analytical in nature.

  • Design, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns focused on building awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage our “Paid Search” campaigns and budgets.
  • Understand, optimize, and expand our keyword list.
  • Develop and manage metrics and budgets.
  • Understand and implement coding schemes for tracking purposes.
  • Effectively manage outside partnerships to maximize ROI.
  • Propose new marketing program ideas and then secure support from internal and external stakeholders to fund and execute these programs.
  • Leverage a "test, measure, and refine" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of online marketing on revenue and profitability.
Qualifications and skills
