The network status page will show you any current pending network status events and any old network status events up to 2 weeks old. If you are having trouble and your problem doesn't match something listed below please contact us

In an effort to provide our customers with excellent service, the SyncMyMail network maintenance window occurs every Sunday morning from 7AM to 11AM CET. During this period, customer access to email and web services may be unavailable as regularly scheduled maintenance and upgrades are performed.
